This Confidentiality Policy outlines our dedication to safeguarding the confidentiality of all parties involved in the publication process, in compliance with the laws of India.

Confidentiality of Manuscripts:

All submitted manuscripts are treated as confidential documents. Editors, peer reviewers, and editorial staff are bound by a duty of confidentiality and are prohibited from disclosing any information about the submitted manuscript.

Editorial Board Confidentiality:

Members of the Editorial Board are entrusted with privileged information regarding submitted manuscripts. They must maintain strict confidentiality and refrain from discussing specific details about manuscripts with individuals not directly involved in the review process.

Peer Reviewer Confidentiality:

Peer reviewers play a crucial role in the evaluation process. They are required to treat the manuscripts as confidential, ensuring that they do not share, discuss, or disclose any information about the manuscript with unauthorized individuals.

Confidentiality in Correspondence:

All communication between the editorial team, authors, and reviewers is considered confidential. Personal information, feedback, and any other correspondence related to the manuscript should not be shared without explicit consent.

Legal Compliance:

IJMHSAR abides by all applicable laws and regulations of India pertaining to confidentiality, data protection, and intellectual property rights.
