Copyright on any open access article published in IJMHSAR is retained by the author(s). Authors grant IJMHSAR a license to publish the article and identify itself as the original publisher. Authors also grant any third party the right to use the article freely as long as its integrity is maintained and its original authors, citation details and publisher are identified.

IJMHSAR can use Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license for its copyright licensing policy. This license allows others to distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon the material in any medium or format, even commercially, as long as they give appropriate credit to the original author and indicate if changes were made. IJMHSAR should also include the following in its copyright licensing policy:

• The original work must be credited in full, and all the standard rules governing plagiarism and citation apply.
• The policy should set out step-by-step procedures for dealing with everyday copyright and licensing issues and outline best practices for legally using third-party content.
• The policy should be written in plain, straightforward language to make it more accessible and useful when a copyright or licensing issue arises.
• The policy should be reviewed and updated regularly to ensure it remains relevant and effective.

By using the CC BY 4.0 license, IJMHSAR can ensure that its research is widely disseminated and used while still protecting the intellectual property rights of the authors.
