Abstract:
The mRNA vaccine has revolutionized vaccination. It offers innovative and adaptive approaches to prevent infectious diseases. Traditional vaccines although effective but it faces challenges in the rapid development of responses to emerging pathogens. vaccines that use mRNA, which directs cells to synthesize specific proteins that trigger an immune response. Overcoming these limitations, Katalin Karikó's research into modifying mRNA to evade immune detection has greatly advanced the development of mRNA vaccines. Such as pseudoephedrine, decreased mRNA stability, translation efficiency and building immunity this breakthrough makes it possible to develop a COVID-19 vaccine. Quickly, such as vaccines produced by Pfizer-Biontech and Moderna biotech also emphasize the potential of mRNA technology Kariko's contributions have laid the foundation for a new era in vaccine development. mRNA therapy offers hope for tackling many future medical challenges. This innovation represents a huge advance in Vaccination.
